GI Joe tRoC; Baroness and Ripcord fight

There really was no sequence of events to this fight, so here are some best shots of their tangle.

Now where did that GI Joe go?

Get out of the way stupid Joe!

I said get out of the way! Stupid overcompensating Accelerator Suits!

I would expect a Snake Eyes vs. Storm Shadow fight up there, not these two.

GI Joe tRoC; Baroness with a Slight Smirk

I was hesitant at first to pick up another Baroness toy, but then I really wanted that suitcase full of Nanomites.

I also scored with a great 'smirking' Baroness. The paint applicator must have slipped just slightly. That's the trick sometimes in picking these 3 3/4 figures up, every figure is painted slightly different.

She comes with a pretty good supply of stuff. I just noticed the two little guns can clip to her hips.

Note to self; Dangle Baroness on string platform over Bart.

I was a little bummed that she didn't come with more Nanomites. In fact the inner contents of this suitcase is rather boring. Look away.

Here is a rare shot of her sight seeing in front of the Arc de Triomphe

okay I lied, Baroness and Ripcord will play later...

GI Joe tRoC; Ripcord on the table

My Couch photo skills are waning so lets look at Ripcord on a steady table.

Here he is running by the Arc de Triomphe.

Yes I am killing myself for chucking my 3d puzzle Eiffel tower right now.

In a moment, Ripcord will take on the Baroness...

GI Joe tRoC; Ripcord on the couch

Marlon Waynes Ripcord was one of my favorites in GI Joe Rise of Cobra. I have heard some negative stuff being thrown his direction, and not sure why. He was tough, funny, heroic, GI Joe all the way. He teamed up well with Duke, and made you believe the two were buddies for a long time. The toy is a pretty good take too. Its missing a few items, like the gun cuffs on the arms.

Its amazing how easy and little training an Accelerator Suit pilot needs. But thats GI Joe, the best of the best can drive, fly, and suit up in anything and do it well the first time (with some falling down of course). People seemed to hate that idea, but I loved Scarlett's look on her face as Ripcord was getting back up.

Probably the best face sculpt of the line, he not only looks human, but also looks like the actor.

I hope a Duke Accelerator Suit will follow soon.

GI Joe tRoC; Crimson Neo-Viper play

I haven't been too pleased with the new Viper look until I saw the pretty red one with all the stuff! I'm wondering how their masks will evolve if the movies continue. For Rise of Cobra, they were more of a Destro Iron Mask army sort of thing. Almost Power Ranger bad guy quality. The torso armor is very close to the armor the guards wore in the Stargate stuff.

Shipwreck took advantage while the Red Viper was still stuck in the packaging.

Once out though, Shipwreck took off screaming. Polly fell on his beak.

Look at all this stuff he comes with!

And is that?...

It is!

A snake!

I suppose if the Red Viper does the Two Axe Snake Dance, the snake will come out of the container.

Which Polly then took advantage of.

The Red Viper would rather dangle the snake over a Joe with the long spear. (BTW, Nice Cameo Brendan Fraser).

TIme for a photo op with new and old. Both fit their respected timelines.

What do you think? Like the Red Viper, or should he be taking out the trash for Cobra?

GI Joe; Rise of Cobra - Pure Awesomeness!

I had a smile on my face from ear to ear the entire movie! It was incredible! I am a GI Joe fanboy, and this thing was dead on cool. Yes there were some alterations, but that's what made the story clever and new. It was almost like watching the old cartoon transformed to the big screen. (oh wait, thats what it was). Overly huge bases, Overly huge weapons, strange troopers, and yes ray gun weaponry! (I didn't see that coming for some reason). Accelerator suit scene limited to Paris, looked way better on big screen than on TV or computer (So much motion, the fake-ness lessened). This movie was for all ages, with public service messages sprinkled throughout. Hawk in a leather Jacket and green camo pants towards the end!!!! I will think more on a longer review, for now please go see it so they can make a sequel!!!

Well done Hasbro!!!

Vader Invasion

Finally had some time today to catch up on my Nerdly Enterprises. This is my entry for the blog 'Open the Toy's' Vader Invasion. Two YouTube's in one week? I hope people don't start passing out.

I think this is all the Darth Vader stuff I have. I did sell a few things awhile back that were filling up the old storage facilities. It took a couple hours to locate all this stuff, as everything was separated here and there. Its a Darth Vader toy reunion!
